Billco's Edge Deletion System was designed to meet the increasing demands for faster, more
efficient methods of Edge Deletion. This system provides rapid, accurate removal of glass coatings in preparation for downstream IG unit manufacturing.

The Billco Laser Marking System provides the ability to mark any glass surface, including coated glass, immediately prior to the glass cutting process with any customized mark. Marks can range from company logos to bar codes to ID markings.

Designed to eliminate operator intervention to streamline processing, Within seconds, the six-station device will change a cutting wheel automatically without disrupting the cutting process. The system can be set to change a cutting wheel: after reaching a preset number of lites, after a glass thickness change or operator preference.
