ASSEMBLY / TRIM CONVEYORS The assembly conveyors are designed to most efficiently and safely handle large or stock size glass lites. Each conveyor is center-driven to minimize the conveyor width, making access to the center of the conveyor more convenient for operators. Conveyor components are made of durable materials that resist damage from trimming knives and ensure longer lasting components. |

PREHEAT / MAIN OVEN The preheat and main oven are designed with many innovative heating and energy-saving technologies to provide the best quality laminate. Specially designed emitters allow the optimum amount of energy to directly heat the interlayer. When not in use, the Energy Saving Mode activates and maintains the minimum amount of heat that will allow for a quick startup. |

NIP ROLL PRESS The nip roll press can be operated via a remote adjustment feature from the touchscreen. Precise compression tolerances are calculated and applied to the unit, ensuring a constant laminate thickness. |

LINE CONTROL SYSTEM Every line function from start to finish can be controlled from one state-of-the-art control system. Real-time information such as glass positions, actual temperatures, nip roll pressures and more, is available to the operator at the touch screen. Recipe management can also be accessed and maintained at the touchscreen. |
