Hydro Series

High Quality Photovoltaic Glass Washing

The Hydro Series was developed to meet the demanding glass cleaning requirements of the photovoltaic industry. Two models are offered to meet the unique needs of crystalline silicon and thin film module producers. The Hydro CS and TF originated from the same key concepts but were individually tailored to meet the demands of different processing techniques.

Benefit of Washing Glass On-Site:

Depending on the intended use of the glass, the quality of the glass surface can have a significant effect on the overall quality of the finished product. Contaminants collected during transportation, handling, or prior processing can be detrimental to the integrity of the module. The Hydro Series is equipped to manage the differences in the cleaning needs of different module manufacturers.

Hydro CS:

The Hydro CS incorporates rugged components and flexible processing into every phase of the process, providing a reliable machine that can withstand the rigors of 24/7 operation. Crystalline Silicone module producers and similar manufacturers benefit from the advanced maintenance-saving features, allowing for minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

Hydro TF:

The Hydro TF is configured to critically clean glass in preparation for thin film processes. Multiple cleaning zones and an expert-engineered rinse system provide optimally clean glass. Additional add-ons allow the machine to be custom-tailored to meet specific processing needs.
