Product Description:
Billco's Optimization Software System (BOSS) includes tools for order entry, glass optimization, generation of cutting instructions and downloading of the cutting instructions to the CNC. The optimizing program is directly linked to a Billco cutting machine CNC control, allowing for quicker downloading and cutting instruction transfer. At the cutting station, BOSS operates through Billco's Butler HMI Touchscreen to direct the entire cutting process. With the assistance of one of Billco's cutting machines, straight, contour and free form shapes are scored with speed, precision and consistency, while increasing yields and minimizing waste.
